Anyways, à 182,5m, je suis preneur. Ça ne fera qu'un mètre de moins que l'Avenue et au moins il sera bien en vue à partir du Kondiaronk et même du pont SDC.

Vous n'êtes pas sans savoir que le socle rocheux sur lequel Montréal repose se relève encore du poids des dernières glaciations (difficilement observable, je l'avoue), Alors, tous les espoirs seraient permis pour ce site, si ce n'était la montée des océans, due aux changements climatiques, qui va venir brouiller les cartes. Ah! quel destin cruel nous avons ici, à Montréal!

Someone at Concordia is clearly sleeping at the wheel. So much potential, the Bell Center area is on fire for more than 5 years, the site value is going thru the roof, yet they are going along with their tiny faculty in a boring building like nothing is happening around. Jesus!

They don't have anywhere to move the department. As soon as they do, this lot will be for sale.

Eventually, I'm hoping that lot where the temporary classrooms are now on de Maisonneuve becomes a 15-18 floor building that will host the VA. 

I don't know why they didn't make room for them when they built the EV.

That would make the best place to expand. One has to wonder why they built prefabricated rooms on this lot instead of a signature building. They could have all the money they need by selling their property on R-L. Who's at the wheel???
