The views facing the north side will have one of the worst sceneries in Montreal. Those horrendous 60s walk ups, geez. Paying a million bucks to see those shitty buildings everyday, one must be seriously masochist.

Still not as bad as all those rental appts. advertised as (in the) "Plateau", while they're actually located in both western and Vieux-Rosemont, Villeray, or even HM hoods! 🙄

The worse i've ever seen were appts in frigging Longueuil not even that close to the métro! 🤪
