Notre prochain projet si situe sur la rue St-Hubert proche de l'intersection Jean-Talon. Nous sommes au stade de la conception architectural et j'aimerais avoir le feedback de la communauté. Il s'agit d'une bâtisse de 3 étage + mezzanine. Le RDC sera a vocation commercial et le reste de la bâtisse résidentielle. On parle de 1 unité commercial et 8 unités résidentielles.
