Rantanplan
Il y a 20 heures, mal a dit : November 30th - at least 2/3 still closed. Some permanently. Je pense que c'est ce qui me rend le plus triste avec cette maudite pandémie, YUL était tellement sur une bonne lancée. J'imagine que ça va prendre quelques années avant de revenir a l'effervescence d'avant la pandémie 2
SameGuy
There are basically two concession holders for the entire airport, and they’ve shuttered some of their outlets indefinitely or permanently, so perhaps when passenger numbers return to pre-pandemic levels ADM may release a few of the locations — both airside and landside. These might become available to more concession holders, providing a bit more variety and competition. 1

I understand that retail companies and food chains are having a hard time finding labor, and that fact might be a huge part of the problem, but why only 2 concession holders? So anti-competitive. Hopefully those empty food stalls will make ADM rectify that duopoly.
SameGuy
Love it or hate it, this airport needs a McDonald’s. And a Panda Express. And a Popeyes while we’re dreaming.

Popular Post mont royal
We are different..unless we choose otherwise. Just cross the border and listen..you are definitely in another culture. One which strives for domination of course, but we don’t have to emulate them. Especially in Quebec, we have a democratic culture to be proud of...something our neighbours are in danger of losing completely. 6

Hong Kong being one.

What does any of this have to do with restaurants and takeout kiosks at the airport? 3 hours ago, p_xavier said: Fun fact. Lol I made sure I had a long enough layover at LAX to enjoy a big meal at PF Chang’s courtesy of Priority Pass! 1

So, you obviously were aware that there are choices on the issue of what restaurants etc are most appropriate for our airport. I simply chose to explain my ´non-love’ of it..(.hate is a little too strong a word.)
