Very good news. Doha is a relatively enjoyable airport for connections.

They are talking about changing the name of the airport now?

Just change it back to Dorval or Montreal and be done with it.

Hier soir il y avait AF, KL, RJ, TU et TK, tous en même temps, à la jetée internationale. Sans compter les 3-4 A330/B787 d’Air Canada.

Ca dépends des jours, puisque la plus part de ces companies étrangères n'opèrent plus de façon quotidienne à YUL. De façon générale, la jetée internationale est plus occupé tard le soir.

This week we have seen American Airlines mainline A319s providing service to YUL from DFW and CLT. Delta also started sending a daily CRJ900 from ATL (in addition to their ongoing service from DTW).  It’s not much but at least a little bit of US traffic.

Yeah DL’s overnight Atlanta started a while ago, at the beginning of March. It looks like the Detroit flight will be arriving around 14:10 and departing at 15:57 in May, which is smack in the middle of the two shifts: the morning shift that was handling the launch ATL and the noon DTW turn, and the graveyard shift that was handling the ~23:00 ATL arrival, grooming, towing, etc. They may have to call back a few more of the 75 laid-off employees. 😎

YUL doit redémarrer. IL y a un an que ça dure ! Tous ces avions immobilisés sur les tarmacs des aéroports depuis des mois et des mois, ça fait mal au coeur !
