Understanding the forums and where to post certain things

Hi Everyone,

found this place googling an address of a building which we we're interested in purchasing. I am an investor from Montreal looking at stepping up to doing larger projects. I see a ton of fun transactions that happen on the backside (jlr, debt issuance etc) and would love to understand how the forums work and which sections what should be posted in.

One example would be this: 65M surhauteur, Density of 6. Anyone know what is planned to go up here? Looking at doing a 45 unit project nearby so would love to know. Mondev has done a few rental unit towers in the area of similar size.
