My question; is it unusual that a project of this scale doesn't seem to have an official website or marketing initiative prior to breaking ground?

I recall seeing many promoted posts in my various social media timelines related to the Maestria, Victoria, and Phillips Square projects seemingly well in advance of construction.  Thanks is advance.

Effectivement, Canvar fait toujours dans le hôtelier + locatif. Donc le marketing commence seulement quelques mois avant la livraison des unités.

Jamais eu de condos au centre-ville chez Canvar... Ils ont un modèle d’investissement à plus long terme.

Canvar ont construit condos POM en 2010 au centre-ville (Berri).

Il n'ont aucune obligation d'aller public avec leur construction, ils n'ont rien à vendre sur le coup. Ce n'est abolument pas une question de transparence. 99% des gens s'en foutent également, juste des fanboys de gratte-ciels et quelques urbanistes et architectes.
