Pour quelle raison l'achat d'un immeuble par un développeur forcerait le déménagement du siège social d'une compagnie ? Ce qui me porte à croire qu'un édifice à bureau va subir des modifications majeures, donc une tour rachetée pour ajouter des étages, bureaux, condo , etc. la compagnie se fait renovicted. CGI ? les 2 tours ont été achetées en 2016 pour 387.5 M$ , ça vaut surement beaucoup plus aujourd'hui. Elles se trouvent dans une zone 120m+ mais la plus haute ne fait que 119m.
