That’s my feeling as well. The Waldorf concept was much more aesthetically pleasing overall. Money talks and bullshit walks, I guess. More gross square-footage in this fatso.

Like that needed to be an inspiration, geez. One of the blandest buildings in town. And what about that "entrée de garage" directly in the middle of the trottoir sur Sherbrooke, between two art galeries? A few snobbish seniors walking along will definately need to pay attention, or else it'll be a trip to the MUHC instead of the museum. Damn it, Brocco.

  It's basically the aesthetic of 628 St Jacques but in boxy, shorter and fatter version.

if this project gets put on hold or aborted in its current form... totally fine with it.  Like someone has said, the Waldorf project was 1000x better.
