Agreed on both counts.

A good example to follow would have been SqP's street front bldg., which will feature a grand car and pedestrian entrance for the 3 towers of the project. That bldg. will be aligned with its older neighbour on the south side. 😃

I guess Brocco wishes to sell units at a high price tag, with a relatively unhindered view of Mount Royal... but having less units to offer, they'd perhaps be on the losing side with such a non-optimal land use for a downtown location...

@Gabmtl I have seen more (and I wish I could share, trust me). It's not as sleek as L' Avenue or VSLP (different style altogether in fact) but I think it will be a welcome addition to the area.
