Sunwing leased 2 Eastern Airlines, LLC 767-200s as part of its mitigation strategy following the grounding of the 737MAX. Eastern Airlines, LLC (formerly named Dynamic International Airways) is unrelated to the old legacy carrier "Eastern Air Lines" that was liquidated in 1991, although it (indirectly) purchased some of that carrier's intellectual property from Swift Air. Thanks. I was wondering how someone was using the Eastern brand (name, livery, colors). Might as well put it to use!
