Cannot find a thread for this so:

 

 

 

They are replacing the glass blocks for industrial style windows and added more windows for the startcases. I am less certain about that part because it removes some art-deco features. But then again, the material and interior changes are of very, very good quality. The is a very large complex with an interior courtyard and multiple garages. They have been renovating for some time now and making good progress.
