SameGuy
To clarify: the car rental agencies will be the first to move from P1 to P4, but they will not be moving back to the new P1 structure when it eventually opens. Like at almost every other airport in the world, you will once again have to take a shuttle to get to your rental car at P4 or off-site.

In a survey being conducted for Aéroports de Montréal, there is talk about an automated people mover. I guess YUL is there now and it makes a lot more sense to connect to different places this way (including the Dorval Circle transit hub.) Popular Post SameGuy
Taken Friday, 14 July. This week they installed the spars for the “curtain wall” over the entrance and spiral ramps. Cladding should be coming soon. This was taken just after lunch hour, so only one J-lift is visible of the four that were in use on that section during the week. 4

FWIW my home firewall won’t allow me to open the site, telling me it’s a phishing scam.

Popular Post SameGuy
The “curtain” wall is finally going up over the entrance and spiral ramps, after the framing was completed before the two week break. Also, a lot of progress this week on grading the gravel around the exterior as well as under the entry at the pay-gates. 6

AdeMTL shared this link through their own social media accounts, so that looks good enough for me. Also, there aren't really any personal details to share. Not sure what kind of firewall you have, but for me it even passes PiHole (and that can be really aggressive at times) and the more protective public DNS servers. I'd change that firewall.

SameGuy
Gotta say, traffic will be a frigging nightmare at the intersection of Albert-de-Niverville and Roméo-Vachon Sud when it opens.
