caribb
Considering Vancouver has less population of Montreal it is doing incredibly well. The Asian influence sure has an impact.

The Asian influence sure has an impact.
Didn't imagine it'd be this close. I know we're making up for lost time, but is Toronto slowing down then? Is this for the metro areas, or city proper? City proper (recensement 2016): 35 660 /2,731,571= 0.013 condo constructions per capita 30 993/1,704,694 = 0.018 condo constructions per capita (almost 50% higher) Metro area (as of july 1st 2017, most recent RMR estimates): 35 660/6 346 088 = 0.0056 condo constructions per capita 30 993 /4 138 254= 0.0075 condo constructions per capita (more than 33% higher )

The number of multiple dwellings build in 2018 in Montreal is huge, so close to the Toronto numbers. Very surprising.
paulwillyjean
