Pas plus grave que cela, on ajustera l'angle des lumières rotatives en conséquence afin que les faisceaux lumineux ne touchent pas au futur gratte-ciel. Blitz Posted January 30, 2019 Share Posted January 30, 2019 (edited) La plus belle vue du skyline est définitivement celle lorsqu'on arrive par le pont Champlain, elle devrait être encore plus belle avec le nouveau pont qui est plus haut et plus proche de la rive. Ceci dit en ce qui concerne le débat des hauteurs, tout le monde capote un peu avec la vue sur la montagne, le fait est que la montagne est déjà partiellement cachée mais seulement de la vue du côté sud comme sur le photo. Je crois que si la limite était rehaussée entre le 1250 R-L et genre la tour de la bourse, ce serait tout à fait raisonnable. Et si on la regarde de ce côté, la montagne est très bien visible et le serait toujours après une rehaussement des hauteurs. Le centre-ville est déjà assez en retrait et légèrement désaxé de la montagne que les impacts seraient minimes peu importe l'angle.
