5551 Wellington was demolished this summer. Formerly Urgel Bourgie. It was actually built in 1899 but I think we're getting an improvement here.

It will be replaced by 32 apartments (rental). Construction by Roxor Inc. They are currently at ground level. I don't think there is an underground parking.

Ça, c'est un des plus beau petit projet que j'ai vu.  Ça regarde bien.

This project reminds me a lot of 5401 Wellington which was completed a few years ago over the Woodland parking lot. Similar brick work anyway. I think 5551 Wellington will turn out just fine and it's nice seeing the positive responses here. I'll try to update this thread with pictures but it's a little hard while driving or in the bus.

Petit projet très soigné et vraiment sympathique, de l'ancien tout neuf qui ne fait pas pastiche. On en redemande.
