Very confusing apartment building. You do not rent an apartment. You rent a room, inside a multi-bedroom apartment, with other people. Very, very curious way of doing things. Probably a way for the management/owner to make even more money. This building will be chaos.

Totalement d'accord, je ne comprends pas le concept. Une colocation, tu rencontres tes colocataires et tu vois si ca matche un minimum avant de décider si tu emménageras ou non avec eux.

Là, ils vont créer des colocations aléatoirement, ca va être le chaos comme tu dis !

Avec le recul d'une année ou deux, je suis ravi de ce projet. Sa façade est originale et unique à Montréal. Tellement, mais tellement mieux que ses voisins tout en béton brutaliste années 70.
