À Technoparc, il y a un gros golf mais scandal quand un métro est en construction... petits esprits donne de petites actions...

J'arrive pas a comprendre pourquoi on installe une station de REM aussi loin a l'ouest du boulevard St-Jean. On aurait pu installer ca dans le parking derriere le Reno-Depot.

The land around Fairview Pointe Claire (the parking lot between the old Sears and Reno Depot) will be converted into an expanded mall / residential complex between now and 2030 with the Reno Depot being demolished.  The first step will be to demolish the Sears and build Simons in time for 2022.

In the proposal, the REM station is actually located in the Reno-Depot parking lot and not further west.

I guess the plans changed.

Pointe-Claire veut créer sont propre « centre-ville » autour de la station? ?

Créer un environnement urbain cohésif autour d’une autoroute n’est pas chose simple, ou même possible, mais je leur souhaite bonne chance et bon succès. J’espère qu’il oseront être audacieux (mais fonctionnel) avec la passerelle Alston-Fairview.
