They can be installed and removed in a quarter hour at most. They are not complicated devices. As for why it was installed in the station... If I had to guess, that's the better place to derail a train if necessary. Definitely would not want to derail a train and have it end up on the highway.

Très fréquents les dérailleurs, ca se place ou  déplace manuellement et c'est d'habitude barré avec un cadenas et un blue flag indique sa présence lors de travaux ou opérations sur la ligne.

On s'entend que ça ouvre pas le 1er décembre. NEVER. EVER. C'est encore sur la garnotte à la grandeur. On attend le prochain communiqué pour le 248e report. Mais on le savait déjà, et on l'avait tous prédit.

They've already installed the brick pedestrian areas around too

Thanks for the rigueur, but we all know its still going to be postponed.. again. Remember the train crash at this same station a couple weeks ago? Watch and learn.

Ça n'est pas impossible qu'ils ouvrent et qu'ils manque une station. C'est assez fréquent comme manière de faire ailleurs.
