I’d accept Quad-Windsor/TdC West, but Griffintown? Oy vey.

AFAIK Fairview is still a CF/IC project, while Kirkland will be Broccolini, so I’m tilting just slightly towards “optimism.”

ETA: I haven’t heard of the property swap getting blocked, so Fairview will be 100% CF.
