That's 800 something / sqft, which isn't bad per se. Humanity's around 900-950 and Victoria's about 950-1000$

Pour atteindre la perfection, il manquerait seulement une connexion RÉSO au Complexe Desjardins.

EDIT : Pouvoir aller travailler dans le Quartier international et pouvoir aller un samedi au Théâtre Maisonneuve/OSM un samedi sans mettre le nez dehors quand il pleut, neige ou il fait froid séduirait certainement la clientèle cible
