2 Phases with the shorter tower coming first, if I'm not mistaken.

What makes it epic is the two towers. I am hoping that they'll build both at the same time. There should be enough demand for this project to attain the % required for financing purposes.

It hard to tell because the angle has changed - but the top looks slightly different

The cladding will make or break it. I've yet to see a truly spectacular Devimco project. They have never build a true glass-walled tower. Im pretty sure this will be square windows surrounded by metallic frame, exactly à la Mary-Robert, a truly sub-par cladding finish. Cant fight the trend.

P.S: Look how the passerelle has been cheapened. A straight, 2 storey enclosed boringness as before it was a funky, angular, 1 story enclosed, 1 story outdoor. Dont put your hopes too high for these ones folks!
