No its not related, Every brand at holt have the right to open a flagship or a store in montreal outside the Holt, the contract with holt include only the presence In the store. Some brand like Ferragamo cancel the Royalmount project due to no agreement with what the brand want and what Royalmount want. Prada sign but get cold feet and made an agreement to wait the result after the opening. And at the end some brand like Diptyque will open at Royalmount but will keep the exclusivity of some product launch for Holt and not for the actual store.- 1
