My bad, sometimes cynicism and sarcasm runs high on the forum and I misconstrued your initial post. But I disagree; affordable shouldn't be synonymous with poorly made. Cheap construction lead to a delays in occupancy, shorter building life cycle and diminishing number of livable spaces in the city. Poverty charges interest, and building cheap isn't as sensible a solution as we might believe.
