Pour revenir à ce bel édifice, on voit sa façade sur l'évocation du Solstice en haut de la page. La question que je me pose: fait-il parti du projet?

16 novembre. Vue en plongée, entre TDC1 et  l'Avenue, sur l'emplacement du projet. Le McDo paraît bien isolé !

Je suis toujours pour la disparition d’un Bâton Rouge , mais cet immeuble est magnifique .

Certainement pas, sinon il n'aurait pas été mis en vente!

I wasn't sure, but you are right. I took this picture from the entrance of Centra the same day

Stopped this morning again. This is what I can see. They excavated what seems to me where the will build the proper "fence" for the project. The blue "crane" is the Centra land and the white truck/crane is in the building with milk bottle on top. In the picture is possible to see the fence between the two properties

I actually believe the alley belongs to the City, and that the builders are merely using the unused space for their operations.

Tu as raison. Je constate avec la photo satellite qu'il y a effectivement une ruelle qui sépare le projet Le Solstice de l'édifice du Bâton Rouge, cette dernière tourne derrière vers le sud entre les deux futurs chantiers et doit servir pour les livraisons. https://www.google.com/maps/@45.495746,-73.5709787,118m/data=!3m1!1e3

On voit aussi deux panneaux sur le petit poteau donnant sur cette ruelle, un disant propriété de la Ville et l'autre interdisant le stationnement des deux côtés de la ruelle.

Donc le bel immeuble en question est sur un lot différent et détaché du Solstice comme du Commerce Électronique. Il pourra alors faire partie d'un projet de rénovation ou développement distinct.
