The tower portion should've been en porte-a-faux over the Victorians. Missed opportunity and now we're stuck with the black wall of death.

Of course it should've been. This project was conceived by the architects without a single communication with the neighbours or even a slight idea of the dark tower coming right next to it. Bewildering!! Condo owners must be fuming. All the images showed a tower rising all alone with unobstructed views, and they are now cramped on all sides.

I would rally up the affected condo owners to start a class action!

Too bad Enticy isn't / can't be 150m... the height variation in the area would be welcome and those upper floors would have been great for the developer $$$.

Le mur rideau de la partie en angle au-dessus des victoriennes a commencée... pas du tout comme les rendus
