Small update. There was an investors forum at the Marriot at the airport called MIBIEXPO (http://mibiexpo.com) A lot of municipal politicians were there and were trying to "sell" Montreal to Chinese investors. Reps for Enticy were there, I cant tell you what they said because I dont speak Chinese: 

Diamond Diamond real estate apparently had a presale event on November 11. I went today, November 12th, to see the sales office and I saw nothing.

The lady in the video is saying that their company also helps overseas buyers get settled down in the area (find schools, deal with finances, etc). Nothing about the building itself.

I think this ad was made using Google translate.. I don't think we'll be seeing this one built anytime soon.

Maybe, but this street segment has been used as "temporary storage" for Centra's project sporadically since last winter... (I've got a few photos to prove it, which i'll try to post when i'll be less rushed.)
