This fall, Broccolini is launching the much-anticipated residential development, Terra, in Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue.
 
This multi-phase eco-friendly project will offer a total of 130 luxurious townhouses in divided co-ownership with square footages ranging from 1,371 square feet to more than 2,500 square feet. All models include a large deck, a private yard, a two-car garage and high-end finishes. Prices for the units will start at $449,900 (taxes included).

Immediate access to the new REM light-rail network

Scheduled to open in 2020, the new REM (light rail) station in Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue will offer train departures to downtown Montreal every 10 to 15 minutes, 20 hours a day, 7 days a week. With the REM, users will be able to get from Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue to downtown in less than 35 minutes. Terra’s strategic location also gives residents direct access to highways 40 and 20.

32% of greenspace within the community 

Terra is located within minutes of the Morgan Arboretum, a forest eco-territory of more than 245 hectares. The project will reflect this natural setting. Within the development itself, large expanses of untouched forestland will be preserved. These stretches of woodlands surround and wind through the development creating natural green boundaries and establishing Terra as a distinct and ecological community.

C'est ironique, mais je crois que ce projet est pire, d'un point de vue "accessibilité sociale" que Pierrefonds Ouest.

Last time I drove by, which was roughly a week ago, they had a bunch of excavation equipment on site and had cleared a bunch of the trees.

Right now they are working on bringing in the services and preparing the infrastructure. They haven't broke ground on the actual townhouses yet (but that should be rather quick once everything else is done).
