If I am not mistaken, 200m.

That would be cool. But the Westcliff site proposes a 31-storey high rise. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Their website mentions two buildings though, one that is 31 floors and the other 9 floors. If you combine those, a 40 floor office tower is about 200m. They also mention a potential to develop a combined 740,000 square feet of office space, so that would be a bit more than la tour CIBC. What ever is on their site is just a potential scenario, Westcliff has no official plan for the site.

I’m unclear on how the zoning works, so I’ll ask questions here if nobody minds. If it’s uncool, I’d love to be pointed to where I can learn more.

So it’s zoned to 44m but a “surhauteur” of >120m? Is that because they can apply for higher while respecting the density factor? Is it a “12”? Meaning total available space is 12x the lot area? So the lot is ~62,000ft²?

Je ne savais pas qu'il y avait une zone de 200m au nord de Sainte-Catherine !!!
