That doesn't make any sense, first and foremost, the condos still for sale would loose value since not part of a four seasons (not counting probable lawsuits from current owners who bought a four seasons residence, not just any ordinary condo part of an hotel) even the Marcus restaurant is too upscale for a Westin and would probably require a major transformation, same goes for the hotel, it would need to be redone to Westin codes. 

Sure timing is bad, but it would be just as bad for a Westin, or any other chain.

I agree, just sharing a rumor through a credible source. 

Keep in mind, they aren't able to sell at least 10/18 condos, and the hotel has been bleeding money since opening due to covid.

That's nuts!  It's been open less than 2 years?  I'd be shocked if they can get out of the FS contract that easily.

By 10/18 condos, you mean 10 of the 18 penthouses have yet to find an  owner? Damn.

Je ne sais pas si c'est relié à la rumeur du changement de bannière à Montréal, mais le Four Seasons à Pacific Centre à Vancouver va changer de nom, sauf qu'à Vancouver l'hôtel date de 1976.
