C'est moi ou la hauteur libre des étages est vraiment haute?

 

Je pense que c'est pour ça que UrbMtl a indiqué 11/16 étages, lorsqu'il a essayé d'évaluer. Ce n'est vraiment pas évident. Ça serait presque entièrement des étages doubles. Si ça juste 11 étages, le 9e serait un petit étage bizarre...

Parfait pour ce coin de la ville et en plus c'est plus haut et plus beau que la plupart des petits immeubles nains de 6- 8 étages construits entre Ste-Catherine et René Lévesque dans l'ouest du centre-ville.

Some details:

Patricia Hirsch at Intella Inc. is pre-leasing a new mixed-use at St. Catherine St. West and Atwater Ave in downtown Montreal.  Montreal-based residential developer BSR Group is redeveloping the 4014-4022 St. Catherine building to include 120 condominiums along with about 20,000 square feet of office space and 10,000 square feet of street front commercial space designed for restaurant and retail service uses. The project is across from Plaza Alexis Nihon and the AMC Pepsi Forum and near the Atwater Metro Station.  The site is also a block from the Dawson College campus. Possession is expected for early 2019

Excellent news. I noticed a banner the other day on the building but wasn't sure if it was for an upcoming projetc or an example of what could be done on that site. Therefor, glad to hear this old building will go down and be replace with something new, taller, bigger and with some residential on the upper floors.

This portion of Ste-Catherine is the last part that needs serious lifting in order to connect Green avenue on the west and the rest of downtown via Shaughnessy Village on the east

Love it, time for a building update. I know this will bring some life and a bit of class to the area. More over to be so close to mall & transport is a bonus.
