The client owns a shopping Centre property located at 740, boul de la Côte-Vertu in the Saint-Laurent Borough of the City of Montréal. The mandate would involve the coordination of a proposal for the redevelopment of the property to include a mix of residential buildings (condominium) on the site as well as a diversification of the comercial and retail uses allowed. Currently, the zoning bylaw Règlement RCA08-08-0001-86 only allows buildings with a maximum of two levels or a maximum height of 10.4 meters. We will request a zoning amendment to allow for a taller building that could potentially attain 12 storeys. The mandate will consist of all discussions with the municipality towards the approval of a new mixed project.
