Salut! First post here. Been following this thread for a few months now. I just stumbled across this Facebook post, showing possibly the first Alstom Metropolis leaving its NY plant enroute to Montreal 😀

Perhaps their Sorel plant isn’t set up for final assembly/accessorizing/pre-delivery inspection of full EMUs? Didn’t Alsthom also have a full shop in the old Turcot or Glen Yard?
