The mandate is to act on behalf of the client as an intermediary with the City of Montreal in order to transform and improve their property located at 6775 Boulevard Décarie. One of the options for the site would be to demolish the existing building and replace it with a six storey office building. The zoning bylaw 01-276 establishes the parameters regarding height, lot coverage and setbacks. In order to transform the existing building to an office building, the City must approve the demolition by resolution. There are also some minor derogations to Bylaw 01-276 that may be necessary in order to modify the setbacks or the configuration of the mechanical penthouse on the roof that must be a certain distance away from the side of the building. A minor derogation approval may be necessary to allow a lesser setback for the mechanical penthouse.

Quadrax est en train de procéder à la démolition du bâtiment sur le site.  Situé juste à côté du projet Westbury.  On parlait plus haut d'un édifice à bureau de 6 étages mais les dernières constructions dans ce secteur sont plus hautes.  Quelqu'un a des détails sur le projet?
