Is there a thread for the Quadra project going up on Vezina and Decarie? It's not part of Westbury.

I saw the prefab samples... the grey is not bad but the brown made my eyes bleed lol

We don't talk about it a lot but there's a lot of construction in that area, I don't know how we call this specific area, maybe  Snowdon, but I do like the construction boom, alongside the Decarie, that is happening. And it gets even better when we add Cote-St-Luc, the Royalmount, le Triangle and the portion north of the met.

La tour à bureau prévue sur Décarie deviendrait un immeuble mixte avec une école spécialisée aux premiers étages et du résidentiel jusqu'au 15ième.  Ils visent à avoir des facades.   végétalisées.  La passerellle au-dessus des rails est encore dans les plans.

Train tracks I think.

Over the CP tracks for easier access to Métro Namur, but I think any eventual exo SJ station nearby will be across Decarie at SmartCentres or Decarie Square.
