Puisqu'une bonne alimentation est souvent le meilleur médicament, j'en conclus qu'une épicerie qui ressemble à un laboratoire pharmaceutique, fera peut-être que les gens s'y sentiront mieux en la fréquentant? Question d'image?

To the left of the picture ( kind of behind Provigo ) , on Plymouth, before arriving at SAX ( on the same side) , something is going up. BUT no signs. Anybody know what it is ? 

Looks like it might have underground parking.

Pretty large construction...
