What type of unit did you buy? I have one finishing in **2 and it's exactly as it was sold to me.

When you buy a plan, there always a phrase : dimensions can change

True! dimensions from paper to reality can change and i signed my contract knowing that, but when you see something like 100p2 less out of the promised 840 p2, it begins to become something else.

Absolutely not. 100pc out of 840pc is roughly 11%. It is well known that real sq ftage once built is anywhere between 10-15% less than what the plan stipulates. You are exactly in the average.
