Hekla (220m) & The Link (242m) sont en construction. Le premier est au même stade que les tours BNC & VslP. Le second en phase démolition.

La nouveauté concerne les tours Hermitage Plaza auquel projet Paris-La Défense a apporté tout son soutien tout en fixant en quelque sorte une date butoir, soit le 31 dec 2021 pour ficeler et présenter le montage financier et les promesses de vente. D'ici là on sera fixé

Reconstruction de Notrre-Dame de Paris qui se poursuit. Un chantier monumental.

800 millions d'Euros ont ete offert en dons.

Il y a les Damiers - les deux résidences en forme de marches d'escalier:

Une bonne partie du désamiantage a été réalisée. Une autre se fera en attendant le départ d'un dernier locataire (Allemand qui se fera bientôt virer; la Roumaine a définitivement reçu l'obligation de décamper)

 

En passant, juste à l'arrière; il y a le site des Mirroirs qui verra le projet Odyssey, soit: trois tours de 187m, 174m & 108m

La tour Triangle

La construction doit débuter d'ici la fin de l'année: tour mixte comprenant  des commerces,des bureaux, des logements et ainsi qu'un hôtel 4 étoiles de 130 chambres

Elle va être la 3ème plus haute tour de Paris avec 180 m.

La tour Eiffel 324 m.  la tour Montparnasse 210 m.

I found an interesting project in Nice called Nice Meridia. I am not sure if it has been actually completed or not.

This urban technopolis will be dedicated to green technologies, as well as to the development of innovative solutions for healthcare and mobile contactless services. It will include research, development and training activities, and favor synergies with the Sophia Antipolis technology park. Spread over 26 hectares (with a potential of 200 hectares), it is situated within the Nice municipality, at the heart of the EcoCité Nice Côte d’Azur and North of the Grand Arénas. Incubators, emerging enterprise centers and business centers will be put in place to assist startups and growing businesses. Conceived as an urban area, within an urban environment, the great originality of the Nice Méridia technopolis will come from its diversity.

A city’s effervescence

As part of the Nice Côte d’Azur EcoCité, Nice Méridia will be a highly attractive place to live, offering a rich life style with a mix of commercial, leisure and sports activities, and an excellent public transport system to shorten the commute to work.

A first housing program of 2 100 dwellings will be destined in particular to employees, students and researchers. The Mediterranean Institute for Risk, Environment and Sustainable Development (IMREDD) will also be located within the technopolis. It will constitute the first building block of the future EcoCampus of the Plaine du Var which will favor cooperation between researchers and the entrepreneurial world.

Finally this project aims to be exemplary, fully integrating the region’s biodiversity, while serving as model for the future city of tomorrow.

It looks like it didn't break ground yet -

 

PACA, especially Nice is one of the hottest markets in France outside of Ile de France.

It will be nice to move there in the future.

They just need to work on public transit.

I now they are working on a TGV route between Marseille and Nice, but that will only be done in the next decade or so; hopefully sooner if more people move to this area.
