Avec l'arrivée éventuelle d'une station de métro à cet endroit, en plus du SRB Pie-IX, j'espère que ce n'est que le début de la densification de ce secteur!

Holy craps!! Please move this thread to the in construction section. The whole bowling alley and the old Pharmaprix have been fenced in and a plywood fence is on the front part of the site along Jean Talon......Demolition should start right after the construction vacations.What a great addition to the area and good riddance to that eyesore!!! Now if Crofton Moore could invest in more renovations and improvements to the shopping center's outside this area will be completely rejuvenated!!!

La démolition de l'ancien centre de bowling est presque complétée. Suivra en septembre le début de préparation de terrain et excavation.
