baha, there's no chance on earth that this project will come about. this is 100% about forcing a buy-out, no question. i like the rendering (i'd like it more if somehow incorporated the mysterious plans for the adjacent sites) but yeah, this is a total fake-out. look at the lease, look at the zoning, look at the approved projects, look at who is proposing it - nothing will happen here.

 

i'm so radically pro-development in mtl that i dream about it, but this is just a pipedream, will never happen.
