Canadian Tire is either moving downstairs or ... launching a new store? Not sure what "unveiling of new retailers" means.

 

 

Omer Deserres has opened. Decent store. Definitely a big get for Alexis Nihon.

Marshalls comes to Alexis Nihon

MONTRÉAL, June 28, 2017 /CNW Telbec/ - Alexis Nihon is pleased to announce the upcoming opening of Marshalls on the Street Level of the shopping centre.

Marshalls will occupy 27,000 square feet of space in a modern setting. The large American retailer sells designer and brand name goods at prices discounted between 20% and 60%. Alexis Nihon's customers will be able to shop the latest trends in home decor, shoes, accessories, and fashions for men, women and children. The store is slated to open in spring 2018.

Marshalls and Winners are owned by the same company. They're pretty similar stores too. Oh well, not sure what else could have gone there anyway.
