Tu voulais quoi ? Un Hermès ? Un Ladurée ? UNIQLO ? un autre café ? Une autre chaîne ? C'est un commerce indépendant et un service qui est nécessaire dans un quartier résidentiel, juste à prendre une dans le coin tu vas voir que c'est remplis de chiens. Donc oui ce commerces une bonne chose, c'est toujours mieux qu'un local vide qui sert à rien et qui prend la poussière.

Tu as raison c'est vraiment pleins de chiens. Et pas des petits. La grandeur des chiens est inversement proportionnelle à la grandeur de l'unité de condo de leur maitre. Pauvres chiens.

C'est tout naturel qu'une animalerie s'installe dans un quartier où les animaux de compagnie sont nombreux. C'est un service de proximité qui favorisera la consommation locale, que vouloir de plus? En fait on y vend toute une panoplie d'objets, de nourriture et gadgets pour minou et pitou mais pas seulement, aussi pour leurs frères et soeurs ailées et le poisson rouge qui aimerait bien lui aussi avoir des amis pour jouer. Il n'y a donc rien d'incongru à ce genre de boutique, c'est penser le contraire qui l'est.

Good news for residents living on or close to the crowded Murray Street... they’re converting the sales office adjacent to the GH café into a convenience store ! 🙌🏼😬

Excellente nouvelle, c'est ce qui manquait dans le coin. Perso je pensais qu'un aurait ouvert au coin de Wellington et La Montage, c'est vraiment le spot parfait, mais sur Murray juste à côté c'est parfait aussi.

All rumours, no official announcements yet: there will be a new café at the corner of Murray and Smith, in Hexgone 2. There will also be a new store called Marché Locavore, again in Hexagone 2. There will be a new plant shop opening in Le Brickfield. In other news, Devimco has been having trouble with the commercial spaces in Marry Robert, apparently some tenants want to re-negociate or simply cancel due to Covid-19 concerns.

I guess that the Coffee shop would be at number 8 with the super large terrace.
and the market at number 6? It's the largest space, but doesn't have direct access outside... Number 5 is quite small.
