long-term that building will be sold. It is currently occupied by the Fine Arts faculty, which will eventually move over to the Grey Nuns property a few blocks west.

This building is a complete disaster anyways - filled with asbestos & probably loads of paint fumes from all the art students.

  • 1 year later...

July 5th. This project is launching soon, but the big news here is that it stretches from Bishop (8F) to Crescent (3F street-level, 11F setback). Since this was approved in 2009, I'm surprised it wasn't mentioned here.

AXIS is a boutique condo project located in the heart of Montreal, on Bishop street, behind Concordia university - faculty of fine arts. Cultural life, boutiques, theaters, bars and restaurants are open day and night. You will appreciate being in the heat of the action while enjoying the perks of top-notch design in a cozy apartment.

  • 200 meters from the Lucien Lallier Metro station
  • Rooftop Gym with panoramic views

  • Rooftop indoor and outdoor Jacuzzi (Hot Tub)
  • Air Conditioning System in each cond
