The trick is that they screwed the clients with fake renderings and that they switched from condo' to rental.

La rumeur qui court concernant la conversion en appartements à louer serait en lien avec l'interdiction pour les étrangers d'acheter un condo après le 31 décembre dernier, cela même si les acheteurs avaient fait des dépôts bien avant le dit 31 décembre.
