The same technique was used at Enticy, the rest should come down quickly.

This is great news for skyscraper nerds (AKA myself!)

Though with the sub-Arctic weather of the past 2 days, i deeply hope that the homeless man with a self-made ~8 x 10' cabin (of which i believe i can see the coloured tarps among the pile of debris) in the back of the land was properly directed to the appropriate community services... (Unless he had left on his own because of the cold?)

Yes, there would have been a risk of collapse had they not installed the steel exterior supports. Thankfully that was not the case.

Il est également intéréssant de noter la grandeur de l’édicule Lucien l’Allier , ainsi que la profondeur qui a été requise afin de lui donner son accès . On semble bien maîtriser les constructions en milieu dense à Montréal ! Un autre excellent exemple sont les fondations de la TDC1 , où les piles furent enfoncées autour du tunnel de métro !
