So by now we all must have heard about Rizzuto Sr being killed at his home this evening. I wonder if this is going to turn out to be like the 90s again with the Hells Angels vs Rock Machine but with Rizzuto clan vs whoever.

It would be fun if the police got pissed off and started putting 'em in jail like they did to the Hells after they killed that kid trying to off one of the other guys...

Don't forget like every week some Italian cafe in Saint-Leonard / Montreal-North or the Plateau or whatever gets firebombed, for already like a year they have kept such a high cadence that I didn't know there were so many cafes in Montreal :rotfl:

"Bad Blood is a story of family, loyalty, deceit, power, greed and ultimately revenge. Montreal Mafia boss Vito Rizzuto is a criminal anomaly – the only man to bring peace among the disparate wings of the Montreal crime world who would serve as a de facto CEO while ensuring a lucrative payday for all. When Rizzuto is suddenly arrested and extradited to Colorado’s Supermax Prison for the 1981 murders of three Bonanno crime family members, the powerful empire he built begins to crumble. Rizzuto watches helplessly as his family and friends are killed one by one. Upon his release from prison in October 2012, a Shakespearean-level revenge tale unfolds, leading to the brutal murders of his closest companions, and ultimately, to the death of Rizzuto himself."

Finally the huge crappy industrial building on the southeast side of Jarry and Viau is either going down or it'll be part of a large redevelopment!! The block is completely fenced in and the walls are being stripped and all the insides are being gutted..Let's hope for the first 20+ storey tower for the east end...the project belongs to the very deep pocketed Saputo clan and their associates.
