Le coût total de l’opération s’avère double de celui estimé au départ du projet! Le gouvernement canadien ne versera aucune somme supplémentaire pour l'organisation des jeux Olympiques d'hiver de Vancouver en 2010, malgré d'importants dépassements de coûts, a averti lundi le Premier ministre Stephen Harper. “ Nous n'allons pas fournir de fonds additionnels et nous n'allons pas assumer les coûts supplémentaires ”, a déclaré M. Harper lors d'une conférence de presse tenue à Vancouver (Colombie-Britannique, ouest). Quelque 450 millions de dollars (369 M USD) manquent à la ville de Vancouver pour finir de payer le village olympique de False Creek, dont le coût total de la construction avoisine le milliard de dollars (820 M USD). Le Premier ministre canadien a toutefois rappelé qu'Ottawa règlerait “ le problème des coûts de la sécurité ” estimés à 175 millions de dollars lors de l'attribution des jeux, en 2003, mais qui devraient plutôt atteindre un milliard de dollars.

  5. I've been looking at places in South Beach Miami near the ocean. Some of the places are dirt cheap. I ended up finding a place right on Ocean Drive for $419k USD which was 2 bedroom and 2 baths (1200 sq.ft). From the info if I am reading it correctly its full ownership of the unit
