For at least the past 4-5 days, mtlurb.com has been super slow. Sometimes a minute or two to load a page. It's almost impossible to upload pictures anymore due to timeouts. I've tried on three different networks so it shouldn't be just me.

Apologies if I post in English only. I would need some advice from an architect familiar with the building code applied in Montreal. Indeed I have a bedroom and a bathroom in my condo unit with two skylights and no windows. My mother was like, those do not work here seeing you need a basement. My father was like you do not need one. So my question is, do you need a basement or can you have something above ground and nothing under?

Voici quelques photos que j'ai pris il y quelques années. Does anyone know a place that still develops 35 mm film? I do not have access to a dark room anymore. I have a lot more but I have yet to scan them. Maybe I should? And for the plaisir, une photo pris dans mon p'tit village : St-Joseph du Lac.

Interesting article in this week's New York Village Voice. Although there's a mistake as Toqué is not on St-Denis street anymore... and its been a while! http://www.villagevoice.com/2010-12-15/restaurants/exploring-the-montreal-new-york-food-connection/
