I see so they must both have the same kind of roof top terrace on both phases I'm assuming? Not much details I found online related to this. -

It seems like the Phase 4 tower is a bit shorter than Phase 5 with the same number of floors. Is there a reason for this? It looks like the Phase 4 will use the extra room to have a little indoor lobby on the roof.
