    Pardon my ignorance as I don't know too much about construction but doesn't it seem like this project just isn't moving fast? every time I see pictures or visit the site the materials just seem to be scattered in a different place but don't seem to be utilized. Thoughts?

    Purely an ignorant question. The fact that the BASS condo looks cheaper and does not have CGC sheathing like 99% of the other condos in the area... does this make a difference ? Does it mean its a cheaper construction. Once again STRICTLY an ignorant question, I could be talking out of my A**. thanks!
